Restorative Dentistry in Business Bay, Dubai

Restorative dentistry is the repair department: rebuilding teeth that are damaged and replacing teeth that are gone, so you can chew, speak, and smile without thinking about it. The standard we work to is simple — if someone can tell which tooth was restored, we haven’t finished.

Dental Crowns

A crown is a custom cap that covers a damaged tooth entirely — restoring its strength, shape, and appearance. It’s the right answer when a tooth is cracked, heavily filled, worn down, or freshly root-canal treated: situations where a filling can’t provide enough structure.

How we do it differently from the crown you might remember: digital scanning instead of the gag-inducing impression trays, minimal-preparation techniques that keep as much of your natural tooth as possible, and high-strength ceramics that match the colour and translucency of your neighbouring teeth. You wear a well-made temporary while our partner laboratory crafts the permanent crown; at the second visit we fit, check your bite, and adjust until it feels like nothing happened.

Dental Bridges

A bridge closes the gap left by a missing tooth using the teeth either side as anchors, with a replacement tooth suspended between them. Fixed in place, natural-looking, and back to full chewing function — no removing anything at night.

We design bridges digitally with CAD/CAM precision, which matters for the two things that make a bridge succeed long-term: an exact fit against your gum, and a bite that distributes pressure evenly so the anchor teeth aren’t overloaded. Depending on your case, options include the traditional fixed bridge, a cantilever design where only one side can anchor, or an implant-supported bridge — which spares your healthy neighbouring teeth from being prepared at all. We’ll lay out which fits your mouth and budget, including honestly when an implant is the better long-term investment than a bridge.

Custom Dentures

Modern dentures, made properly, are unrecognisable from the loose, clacking sets of a generation ago. The difference is fit — and fit comes from measurement.

We start with detailed facial measurements and bite analysis, then digitally scan the exact contours of your gums, so the denture seats securely rather than approximately. Full dentures replace a complete arch; partial dentures are framed to distribute pressure evenly across your remaining teeth and gums. The materials resist staining and wear, and the aesthetics — tooth shape, shade, how much gum shows — are designed with you, against your face.

Two options worth knowing about: immediate dentures, fitted the same day as extractions so you’re never without teeth while healing; and implant-supported dentures, which clip onto implants for stability no conventional denture can match — no slipping, no adhesive, and the implants preserve your jawbone. Gums naturally change shape over time, so we schedule follow-ups and adjust the fit as needed; a denture is a relationship, not a transaction.

Which restoration do you need?

  • Damaged tooth, still rooted → crown
  • Missing tooth, healthy neighbours willing to anchor → bridge
  • Missing tooth, healthy neighbours you’d rather not touch → implant (see our implants page)
  • Several or all teeth missing → dentures, conventional or implant-supported
  • Not sure → the assessment and X-rays settle it, and you’ll get every viable option with honest trade-offs, not a single push

Frequently asked questions

How long does a crown last?

Typically 10–15 years, often longer with good hygiene and sensible habits — a crown is not a licence to chew ice.

Will a crown or bridge look fake?

No — shade, shape, and translucency are matched to your natural teeth. This is where premium ceramics earn their cost.

How long until dentures feel normal?

Expect an adjustment period of a few weeks for speech and chewing. Precise fitting shortens it dramatically, and we refine the fit at follow-ups until it’s right.

Crown, bridge, or implant — how do I choose?

It depends on the tooth, the neighbours, your bone, and your budget. At your consultation you’ll get the genuine trade-offs of each option for your specific case — then it’s your call.

A damaged or missing tooth doesn’t fix itself — and it doesn’t stay a one-tooth problem.
