Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Business Bay, Dubai

Nobody looks forward to oral surgery, which is exactly why how it’s done matters. Our surgical work runs on three rules: plan precisely with digital X-rays before touching anything, keep you comfortable throughout (local anaesthesia always, sedation available if you’re anxious), and be straight with you about what to expect during recovery.

Dental Implants

An implant is the closest thing dentistry has to growing a tooth back. A titanium post is placed into the jawbone, where over the following months it fuses with the bone, a process called osseointegration, becoming a foundation as stable as a natural root. A custom crown, matched to your neighbouring teeth, goes on top.

Why implants over the alternatives: a bridge grinds down the healthy teeth either side of the gap; a denture sits on the gum and the bone beneath slowly shrinks. An implant does neither, it preserves the bone, protects the adjacent teeth, and restores full chewing strength. Looked after like a natural tooth, it can last decades.

The process in practice: assessment and 3D imaging first, so we know your bone can support the implant. Placement is a smaller procedure than most patients expect, many compare it favourably to the extraction that preceded it. Then the bone does its quiet work for a few months before the final crown is fitted.

Same-Day (Immediate) Implants

For suitable patients, we can remove a failing tooth and place the implant in the same visit, often with a temporary crown attached, so you never walk around with a gap. Beyond the obvious convenience, immediate placement preserves the natural gum contour around the tooth, which tends to give a better-looking final result.

The candid caveat: not everyone qualifies. It requires healthy bone at the site and no active infection. The assessment tells us quickly whether you’re a candidate, and if you’re not, the conventional two-stage route gets you to the same destination, just with a short wait in the middle.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Wisdom teeth often come through crooked, get stuck against the neighbouring tooth, or only partially emerge, inviting pain, recurring infection, and damage to the tooth beside them. Digital X-rays show us exactly how yours are positioned and which removal approach is safest.

Straightforward cases are quick. Impacted teeth, the ones sitting under the gum, need a surgical approach, and this is where technique matters: we use minimally invasive methods, sectioning the tooth when that means less disruption to the surrounding tissue, under local anaesthesia or sedation depending on the case and your nerves. You leave with clear written aftercare instructions and pain-management guidance, and healing for most patients is a few careful days, not weeks.

Tooth Extraction

We treat extraction as the last resort, not the first suggestion, but when a tooth is beyond saving (deep decay, advanced gum disease, a fracture below the gum) or has to make room for orthodontic treatment, removing it cleanly protects everything around it.

Every extraction starts with an X-ray and an honest conversation about whether the tooth can be saved instead. If removal is the right call, the procedure is done under proper local anaesthesia, you’ll feel pressure, not pain, and for nervous patients, sedation is available. Afterwards, we walk you through healing and, when the site is ready, your replacement options, so a missing tooth doesn’t quietly become shifted teeth and a changed bite.

You’re the patient this clinic was built for. Tell us when you book. Sedation options, extra time, and a walkthrough of exactly what will happen before anything happens, turning fear into trust is literally the founding purpose of this practice.

Frequently asked questions

Does getting an implant hurt?

The placement is done under local anaesthesia and most patients report less discomfort than they expected, commonly less than the extraction. Soreness for a few days afterwards is normal and manageable.

How long does the full implant process take?

Conventional route: typically three to six months from placement to final crown, most of which is simply waiting for bone to fuse. Same-day implants compress this dramatically for suitable cases.

Do wisdom teeth always need removing?

No. If they’ve come through straight and you can clean them, they can stay. We only recommend removal when they’re causing, or clearly heading toward, pain, infection, or damage.

What does an implant cost in Dubai?

It varies with the case, bone condition, position, whether same-day placement is possible. You’ll get a clear written quote after assessment, and payment plans are available.
